Covid19 Measures
Information on maximum capacities and activities will be updated as and when we are informed by the relevant authorities.
Technical management committee.
At our campsite we have we have a risk management committee who will work in coordination with the supermarket and restaurant. This committee will work to define strategies and take decisions in order to minimize Covid-19 related health risks.
All staff are equipped with the correct PPE
Masks are obligatory in all of the campsite facilities when it is not possible to maintain safe distances.

Cleaning and disinfection protocols
- Reception
Screens have been installed. Disinfectant gel is available at various points. Information will be available on safety measures to be taken and safe distance markers will be marked on the floor. You can now check in online, to avoid waiting in line.
- Toilet/shower blocks
Will have permanent cleaning staff. Disinfectant gel will be available at the entrances. Will be kept ventilated and will be deep cleaned and disinfected (doors, handles, shower controls) Safe distancing will be marked.
- Accommodations
Will be cleaned immediately after each departure and ventilated for at least 1 hour. All bedding will be cleaned and disinfected. The air conditioning system will also be cleaned and disinfected (filters and grills) where applicable
- Maintenance
Whenever possible interventions will only take place when nobody is in the accommodation. Always with the permission of the guests and always wearing masks. If necessary, cleaning and disinfection will take place prior to any maintenance work.
- Gardening services
The gardening staff are in charge of cleaning the electricity and water services of each pitch and the rubbish bins.
- Entertainment
The activities will take place in fresh air whenever possible. Following the corresponding safe distances and with disinfection of equipment before each use. The night shows will be on safe distance, so you can enjoy them. An app will be available with entertainment/excursion information.
- Bar and restaurant
The risk assessment committee will work in conjunction with the restaurant to apply all necessary measures. Hand gel and masks to be worn when safe distancing of 1.5.metres is not possible. Cleaning and disinfection of all communal areas Cleaning and disinfection of all tables and chairs after each departure. Signposted waiting areas to guarantee safe distancing while waiting to be seated. Extra cleaning and disinfection of the restrooms.
- Supermarket
The corresponding measures will be taken, hand gel at the entrance, safe distancing marked on the floor and cleaning and disinfection of all installations. Masks and gloves to be worn if you want to touch any of the products on sale.
- Pool area
Limited numbers of people allowed at any one time. Entrance will be monitored to ensure all Covid rules are followed. You must change your shoes before entering the pool area. Hand gel must be used. Personal items must be kept close, in order to avoid that they come into contact with other pool users. Pool area not to be used by anyone showing symptoms or fever or by anybody who has been in contact with anyone infected. Cleaning and disinfection of all the communal areas and surfaces (handrails, taps, door handles etc) as well as the sun loungers and deck chairs. You must shower before entering the pool.
- Beach
7km of sandy beach, please maintain a safe distance of 1.5 metres.
- Doctor
(private office) private Medical attention available everyday between 1000a.m. -1100a.m Masks must be worn. Disinfection of facilities between each visitor. Make your appointment and please do not come early. When you arrive, please wait outside until you are called. Only enter with the nurse, minors and disabled can be accompanied by another person. Please bring an envelope with your personal details (name, tel number, pitch number and the money for the appointment).
Guests showing Covid symptoms please remain isolated and call 061.
General
All the campsite staff have been trained specifically in preventative measures to combat the possible threat of Covid-19.
GUEST OBLIGATIONS
You must comply with all measures being taken by the campsite management and recommendations from the health authorities. Especially; the use of masks in closed or communal areas or open areas where maintaining the safe distancing of 1.5 metres for anyone over 6 years old is not possible. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene with frequent hand washing. Wait your turn in order to avoid crowds forming or exceeding maximum capacity limits. Follow all recommendations in each zone established by the campsite management and keep informed by reading the information boards. Cooperate with the campsite site in the taking of safety measures, especially while they are undertaking cleaning, disinfection or maintenance.
